Blandford Comptoir: Exceptional Dining Experience in London

Friendly and very attentive service, great wine, perfect cozy ambience, and excellent food. The wine list had lots of choices at various prices including many affordable choices. The food is the reason to come. We ordered several sides in addition to one shared main and enjoyed everything brought to the table. The cheesy polenta, Courgette flower, sweet Sicilian prawns, charcuterie, roast French quail, and roasted lamb rump were all perfectly prepared, and each was remarkably flavorful. Even the green peas (I'm not usually a fan) were gorgeous. The lemon tart was a great finish to the meal. Really great restaurant.

Had a wonderful experience at this charming spot! The food was absolutely delicious, with a fantastic variety of flavors. What really stood out, though, was the attentive and knowledgeable staff. We had some food allergies and dietary restrictions, and our waiter went above and beyond, carefully selecting dishes for us that were both safe and full of flavor. The wine selection was impressive too, with great recommendations that perfectly paired with our meals. Highly recommend this place for its great food, excellent service, and lovely atmosphere!

Went for a glass of wine after work. Quick service. We had a couple of side dishes including oysters and mushroom arancini. It’s a great place for dates and small groups of 3-4 people. They also have few tables outside.

Great elegant place with character and a wide selection of wines. We enjoyed a sunny day sitting in the tables outside. We ordered few bites and everything was tasty as well as nicely presented. Staff was extremely friendly and very responsive to our requests. Would definitely return.

Walked in for an impromptu dinner last night. Nice cosy atmosphere. They were nice to allow us to bring in my cockapoo and brought his a bowl of water. The sommelier was very helpful and helped choose a lovely wine in the price range I was looking for. The mains were tasty and service was attentive. My only complaint is charging £15 for a starter which was a tin or anchovies and a few crostini crackers…nothing that took any effort or cooking.

Yesterday, while walking through Marylebone, we discovered this wonderful place with a charming atmosphere. We were warmly welcomed by the lovely staff, who provided excellent recommendations for both the food and the perfect wine pairing. The experience was absolutely delightful—we couldn’t be happier! We highly recommend this spot for a fantastic dinner with friends or family.
